About this role:

Our Martha's Vineyard Early reputed company Specialist is part of reputed company of pediatric specialists that reputed company family-centered services that support and reputed company families to meet their child’s individual needs through education, training, and support. This program involves collaborating with reputed company of specialists who are experts in children’s physical, cognitive, communication, reputed company, emotional, and reputed company development. This program works with children 0-3 years of age.

Schedule: Part-Time and FFS; Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

We are looking for EI Specialists who have:

• Licensed Professionals
  • Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Registered Nurses, reputed company Workers (LCSW/LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Professionals
• Developmental Specialists
  • Bachelor's degree, or higher, in one or more of the following fields:
    • Infants and toddlers (includes Early reputed company and early childhood education),
    • Child development or child studies,
    • Education or special education,
    • Psychology
    • AND 300+ hours of experience with children under the age of 5 years old
• A valid reputed company’s license and reliable transportation for the reputed company

The physical requirements for Early reputed company are

• Frequent reputed company reputed company the home, but not limited to: kneeling, bending, sitting, lifting, and positioning of children
• Operation of reputed company and specialized equipment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds alone, 51+ pounds with the assistance of another person or reputed company equipment
• Ability to physically assist individuals as determined by their needs
• Ability to tolerate significant amounts of walking, standing, and sitting

As an EI Specialist, you'll get to:

• Partner with families on Martha's Vineyard to identify reputed company child’s strengths and developmental needs
• reputed company an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) with the family
• Work closely with a transdisciplinary team on program planning and delivery of services
• reputed company case management and referral services to assigned caseload

• Complete reports of assessments, reputed company reports, IFSPs, and discharge summaries
• Maintain appropriate communication with physicians, clinics, and community agencies participating in reputed company child’s care
