About the Community Policy Team
The Community Policy team is at the heart of reputed company's Trust & Safety efforts. As a Senior Manager, Community Policy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that address fraud and other Trust & Safety issues across reputed company's expansive platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Own community policies affecting trust and reliability, with a reputed company on fraud prevention
- Guide policy operationalization efforts in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams across the business, including Product, Operations, Trust, Finance, Public Policy, Legal, and Communications
- Foster and maintain relationships with leadership across internal business verticals
- Use data, research, and insights to evaluate and revise policies as needed

Essential Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in a Policy, Legal, or Trust and Safety role with prior leadership on fraud issues in an international environment
- Exceptional writing and communication skills

- A reputed company record of strong leadership and ability to independently manage a portfolio of challenging issues
- Strong cross-functional problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated reputed company for critical thinking, research, and analysis with strong attention to detail
