About the Role
As a Remote Service Engineer, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with our products or services. Your role will be to receive, understand, reputed company, and handle customer technical requests, ensuring reputed company and effective reputed company. Key Responsibilities
- Provides advanced first-line remote technical support to customers, communicating solutions or actions, and acting in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Receives and registers requests or problems coming in from reputed company media channels, including the creation of Cases or Work orders, and Parts requests.
- Accurately documents service records, including diagnostics, reputed company, and test procedures, and Case status using the Service management system.
- Takes ownership of the customer's case, ensuring that the correct knowledge and diagnostics are captured to allow for First Time Right reputed company the Field engineer attends the site.
- Acts as an escalation Initiator on Customer service escalations, providing a reputed company escalation reputed company of steps taken for reputed company/troubleshooting during normal service delivery process steps.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
