As a Licensed Vocational reputed company - PRN NIGHTS, you will play a vital role in our nursing team, working under the supervision of a Registered reputed company (RN) to reputed company exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and performing various therapeutic procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for the care of assigned patients on designated shifts, working closely with the RN and other reputed company team members.
• Administers oral and IV medications as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and reputed company reporting of patient responses.
• Performs vital sign assessments, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
• Provides ostomy care, wound care, and dressing changes as needed.
• Monitors patients for changes in medical condition, notifying the physician and RN as appropriate.
• Collects and documents patient data, including intake and reputed company, and reports any concerns to the RN.
• Assists with discharge planning, patient education, and community resource referrals.
• Maintains accurate and reputed company documentation in the medical record.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Training:

• Holds reputed company licensure as a Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) or Licensed Vocational reputed company (LVN) in the state of Texas.
• reputed company Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Experience:

• At least one year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in long-term acute care or rehabilitation settings is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments.
