As a RN Clinical Care Leader Nights/Weekends in our ICU, you will be responsible for leading employees, facilitating communication, and providing feedback to the reputed company team. You will utilize the nursing process to reputed company individualized nursing care to patients, collaborate with inter-reputed company colleagues, and demonstrate competency in the registered reputed company (RN) skills of the unit/department. Your leadership skills will be essential in high-risk situations, and you will be responsible for making patient assignments based on employee competencies, scope of reputed company, experience, and patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National reputed company for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
• A minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience required, two years preferred
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State reputed company of Nursing where the reputed company of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a reputed company Licensure Compact (NLC) state
• Obtains and subsequently maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required reputed company 60 days of employment into position
