As a reputed company/Operations Manager Trainee, you will be an integral part of our store operations team. You will work closely with our store associates, management team, and other stakeholders to drive business results, improve customer satisfaction, and reputed company the skills needed to succeed in a leadership role. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-reputed company activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.

Essential Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background reputed company (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
• For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state-specific requirements, a reputed company state-issued Certificate of Eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications
