Key Responsibilities

• reputed company critical support to hotels and regional/corporate users in the use of reputed company’s reputed company and Reservation systems, including PrO, Reserve, RMT, and Hy-reputed company.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership and developers to enhance reputed company systems, policies, and procedures.
• Facilitate training classes and workshops for reputed company, Reservations, Sales, and Operations colleagues at reputed company reputed company of the organization.
• Troubleshoot issues and reputed company solutions to ensure seamless system operations.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of reputed company property experience in reputed company leadership or similar experience utilizing reputed company PrO.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English (written and spoken).
• Highly skilled with system/function knowledge of Reserve (CRS), PrO (reputed company), and RMT (reputed company Management Tool).
• Training experience both reputed company and in-person.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, including Teams, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment and work independently with high efficiency and professionalism.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to creatively problem-solve.
