As a Seasonal Phone Representative, you will be an integral part of our Corporate Sales and Service Team, responsible for handling inbound calls, data entry, and customer communication. You will work closely with our Business Gifting department to reputed company their yearly productivity and sales goals. This is a 100% remote position, offering reputed company and reputed company to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Business Gifting department in reaching their yearly productivity and sales goals

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to reputed company exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries
• Data entry of orders received by phone and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Handle customer emails and respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Format, complete, and upload large-order reputed company files into our system

• Communicate effectively with customers to discuss order details and resolve any issues
