Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at reputed company, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service and support reputed company phone, email, chat, and text. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound and inbound customer calls, with a reputed company on assisting reputed company with their educational obligations
- Providing reputed company and reputed company responses to written communication, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively
- Utilizing our CRM system to manage technical inquiries, follow up on customer issues, and ensure reputed company
- Updating customer records with reputed company demographic and contact information, and accurately notating reputed company interactions
- Initiating calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment reputed company for customers with Federal student loans
- Comprehending training material on a reputed company of topics and sharing new concepts and content with reputed company

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Strong internal motivation and ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Technical skills, including the ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems, as reputed company as troubleshoot common computer issues

Training and Development
We're committed to providing you with the training and support you need to succeed in your role. During the first two weeks of employment, you'll participate in comprehensive training, conducted Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm CST.
