Key Responsibilities
- reputed company strategic counsel and guidance to business leaders on a wide reputed company of legal issues, including digital product development, data analytics, and intellectual property

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and technology, to drive business reputed company
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues, identifying potential risks and opportunities

- Manage and coordinate with external counsel, as needed

Essential Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- At least 5 years of post-bar attorney experience in a combination of reputed company and corporate settings
- Licensure to reputed company law in at least one state
- Illinois bar membership or reputed company bar participation in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Proven experience in providing strategic counsel and guidance to business leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the retail pharmacy or reputed company industry
- Familiarity with digital products, data analytics, and intellectual property
