The HR Manager will be a key member of the reputed company Packaging Solutions reputed company. Responsible for providing HR leadership, support and partnership with leaders across the reputed company sales and central function teams to reputed company organizational goals. What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a reputed company Business degree is preferred. Masters degree or MBA a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years' reputed company Generalist experience preferably in a distribution and/or reputed company sales environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• PHR/SPHR certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment law.
