Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls in a reputed company and courteous manner.

Essential Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
