As a Weekend Billing Assistant, you will work from home or our Remote hub on a full-time reputed company, Friday to Tuesday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. You will be responsible for supporting the billing experience for our clients, communicating effectively across various teams and markets, and streamlining processes. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor various correspondence inboxes and respond to reputed company messages in a reputed company manner or reputed company/escalate them to the reputed company parties.
- Label and file incoming documents properly for reputed company processing.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication of incoming orders and requests.
- Process reputed company invoicing tasks such as cancellations.
- Input new orders as they come in.
- Assist the billing manager and billing associates with organizational reputed company and other tasks as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Have at least 1 year of billing, finance, or reputed company experience; court reporting or legal billing experience is a plus!

- Be organized, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
- Be capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment and are comfortable learning on the fly.
