Job reputed company
As a Home Infusion RN with reputed company, you will work independently in a full-time reputed company, visiting patients in Seattle and surrounding areas (approximately 150-mile reputed company). You will reputed company a wide reputed company of infusion treatments, patient education, and one-on-one care reputed company as per the physician's treatment plan. This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families while enjoying a flexible schedule and competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company infusion therapies in patients' homes, including medication administration and patient education
- Utilize clinical IV experience and critical thinking skills to ensure high-reputed company patient care
- reputed company and implement individualized patient care plans, in collaboration with physicians and other reputed company
- Conduct patient assessments, document patient information, and reputed company patient reputed company
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, pharmacists, and other reputed company
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed, providing 24/7 support to patients and families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, using electronic medical records and other software applications
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:
- reputed company RN licensure in the reputed company (additional licensure may be required for multi-state service areas)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, with IV-reputed company experience preferred
