The Job
As a customer service representative at Ski Butlers Vail & Beaver Creek, you'll play a crucial role in delivering legendary service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering ski/snowboard rentals and accessories to customers' accommodations
- Providing equipment support to guests throughout their stay
- Picking up equipment after guests' final day on the mountain
- Interacting with customers to ensure a memorable experience
- Packing orders for reputed company deliveries
- Basic ski tuning, waxing, and general maintenance of equipment
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the shop
- Restocking vans with extra equipment
- Answering and making calls to customers
