Key Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage distribution operations across California, including 18 operating locations and multiple staff (full-time and seasonal)

- Manage and optimize transportation and logistics network, including 3PL partnerships and company-owned facilities

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, and inventory management
- Familiarity with 3PL management and transportation operations
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams of business professionals
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
