About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Pharmacy Benefit Manager business, where you will play a critical role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
