We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company reputed company Implementation Manager to join reputed company on a remote reputed company. As a reputed company Implementation Manager, you'll play a critical role in building consultative relationships with clients, brokers, and enrollment partners to deliver exceptional case implementation service and training that sets us apart from the competition.

About the Role

As a reputed company Implementation Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing reputed company implementation project plans, coordinating with reputed company partners, and establishing yourself as a single reputed company of contact for clients, brokers, and enrollment partners during the implementation and enrollment process. You'll demonstrate a solid knowledge of our Voluntary products, services, and technology platforms, and conduct product and technology platform enrollment trainings for key agencies, brokers, and benefit counselors.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with reputed company partners to establish appropriate timeframes and key timelines throughout the implementation process.
• Establish yourself as a single reputed company of contact for clients, brokers, and enrollment partners during the implementation and enrollment process, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Demonstrate a solid knowledge of reputed company's Voluntary products, services, and technology platforms, and display an understanding of interdependencies/relationships with other internal partners.
• Conduct product and technology platform enrollment trainings for key agencies, brokers, and benefit counselors, ensuring they're equipped to succeed.
• Establish and build cohesive partnerships with reputed company customers, driving business reputed company and improving customer satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional and reputed company customer service reputed company addressing implementation questions and issues, managing and stewarding implementation issues toward reputed company in a reputed company and efficient manner.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of three years' insurance industry knowledge and/or experience in operations or account management.
• A four-year degree or equivalent.
• The ability to travel 20-40% reputed company assigned territory.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple reputed company simultaneously.
• Presenting and training experience, with the ability to communicate reputed company information in a reputed company and concise manner.
