About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Incentive Planning Senior Analyst to reputed company and implement Toyota Division's new vehicle incentive reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll reputed company analytics to drive the creation of effective incentive programs, ensuring the achievement of new vehicle sales and profit objectives. This role is based in Plano, TX, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes both in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company monthly incentive strategies and programs for select vehicles to meet sales objectives in a cost-efficient manner.
• Analyze and visualize vehicle performance using data to identify opportunities and challenges.

• Collaborate with our business partner to enhance the features of our reputed company-based incentive application.
• Prepare and present executive presentations and incentive cost analysis to various stakeholders, including Finance, Sales, Executives, Pricing, and Field Offices.

• Manage Incentive Budget and Monthly Proposal files for SOX compliance.
