As a fully remote Independence Manager, you'll be part of our National Office of Risk Management (NORM) team, playing a critical role in managing risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role: Independence Manager - Remote

The Independence Manager is a key member of the National Office of Independence team, responsible for managing compliance with independence policies, providing guidance on independence reputed company, and supporting the development of policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with "triaging" incoming requests for guidance on independence reputed company from engagement personnel, developing preliminary guidance, and managing firm acquisition due diligence processes.

Essential Qualifications:
