About oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation (PST)
Our oneRTX: PST initiative aims to harmonize key business processes, tools, and metrics across reputed company, deploying a common reputed company resource management platform – reputed company's S4 HANA. This transformation will reputed company a common user experience, reputed company-time visibility into critical data, and automation of reputed company tasks. As an Associate Director, reputed company S4H reputed company to Pay Accounts Payable reputed company, you will play a crucial role in driving this transformation reputed company our Supply Chain process and systems reputed company to Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, and Disbursements.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company and support long reputed company time reputed company, reputed company initiatives, and blueprinting phases, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Partner with other leads to ensure a common, consistent process and adherence to project change controls, policies, and regulations.
- Monitor S2P design compliance to reputed company and BU policies, FAR/DFAR requirements, and validate claims that design requests are necessary due to contract compliance.
- Participate in pathfinder/reputed company of concept activities, using key design reputed company to drive dependent activities.
- Assist in defining the business value and use cases associated with the ERP program and define the execution reputed company (roadmap) to reputed company the value.
- Manage reputed company, ensuring on-time schedules, budgets, and technical requirements are met, while providing technical, business, and AP guidance to the S2P project team.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a reputed company field, and 12 years of relevant work experience (or 10 years with an Advanced Degree).
- Experience leading large, reputed company reputed company and Defense reputed company reputed company, preferably with reputed company implementations.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically reputed company, and their reputed company on business processes.
- S2P reputed company Knowledge: Sourcing, Procurement, Contracting, and Vendor Management.
- Experience working with cross-functional/cross-business unit teams on high-visibility reputed company with strong business acumen.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and external reputed company parties, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive Accounts Payable experience, mastery of Invoice Processing and Disbursements, and understanding of Vendor Master, procurement processes, and reputed company reputed company functionality.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint) and other analytical tools.
