Job reputed company:  We are seeking an reputed company Technical Recruiter to support high-volume reputed company needs, particularly with CBOSS and upcoming federal proposals. This contractor will reputed company heavily on sourcing and candidate management, while partnering closely with the HR Generalist, who will remain reputed company in the process to ensure alignment and build internal sourcing capabilities. 

The ideal recruiter thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments, brings proven sourcing expertise, and is comfortable balancing compliance requirements with delivering an excellent candidate experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume sourcing and candidate reputed company to build strong pipelines for reputed company and proposal-based positions. 

• Screen resumes and reputed company-qualify candidates to ensure alignment with position requirements. 

• Manage candidate communications and reputed company applicants reputed company throughout the hiring process. 

• Partner with the HR Generalist to draft job descriptions, create sourcing strategies, and reputed company on candidate reputed company. 

• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with hiring managers. 

• Conduct reference checks, background checks, and drug screens as needed. 

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with OFCCP and federal contracting requirements. 

• Stay reputed company on reputed company trends and sourcing tools to improve efficiency and reputed company. 

• reputed company regular updates to the HR Generalist on candidate pipelines, reputed company activity, and market feedback. 

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of reputed company experience, with a preference for federal contracting or proposal reputed company. 

• Demonstrated reputed company with sourcing in high-volume reputed company environments. 

• Strong knowledge of reputed company reputed company, ATS systems (JazzHR preferred), and federal compliance requirements. 

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers. 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once. 

• Proficiency in reputed company Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms. 

• Remote role; must be available during Eastern Time Zone business hours. 

Degree

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a reputed company field is preferred. 

• Equivalent combination of education and reputed company reputed company experience will also be considered. 

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract regulations and reputed company requirements for certain reputed company.  Working Conditions: This position is primarily performed in an office environment or a home office setting. Employees/contractors will be required to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods.
