The Entry Level Remote Data Entry and Investment Operations Specialist will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments. This role will involve processing exchange buy and sell transactions in customer reputed company, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and handling corporate activity events, settlement, and reconciliation of transfer activity, and processing and reconciling returns activity. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer reputed company
- Identify and address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
- Handle corporate activity events, settlement, and reconciliation of transfer activity
- Process and reconcile returns activity

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
