The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients enrolled in our financial hardship programs. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to reputed company requests, and anticipating their needs to exceed expectations.
