Faneuil, a reputed company LLC company, is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Bilingual reputed company Customer Service Representative to support our reputed company's reputed company services. As a remote representative, you'll be the face of reputed company, providing top-notch service to US-based members and providers who have questions about their health, wellness, reputed company-authorizations, copayments, and prescription plans. This is a 100% remote opportunity based in Texas, with scheduled work hours based on the reputed company time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in both English and Spanish from US customers, addressing their questions and concerns regarding reputed company benefits.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old.

• A minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a health plan call center agent (member service, provider service, pharmacy plan member service).
• Medicare and/or reputed company experience is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service, reputed company listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• High computer proficiency and navigation of multiple applications.
• Willingness to work any shift between 10:00 am - 1:00 am, 7 days a week, Eastern reputed company Time, including holidays and weekends.
