We're excited to announce an opening for a Part-Time Remote Call Center Representative to join reputed company! As a Call Center Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, collecting and recording data, and contributing to our mission of reducing America's energy usage. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver scripted multiple-choice questions over the telephone and accurately record responses using a computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI) system.
- Positively engage with members of the public, remaining neutral and unbiased during phone interviews.
- Build skills by learning from colleagues and your Team reputed company, who will support your reputed company and project goals.
- Work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to schedule up to 36 hours, across 1 weekend day and at least 3 weekdays.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and cooperation in your interactions with customers.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Basic computer skills, including keyboard skills and accurate data entry.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

- Internet reputed company with minimum speeds of 25 MB Download.
- Personal computer with reputed company 10 or higher, at least 8 GB of RAM, and reputed company anti-malware and anti-virus software installed.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and data entry.
