Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing solutions and support to customers as they shop our store
- Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards and engaging customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
- Assist customers with locating products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes to maintain a reputed company-merchandised and in-stock store
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return / go back process and general store recovery
- Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements

- Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members

- Familiarity with inventory management and stockroom operations
