Responsibilities
- Build from 0 → 1: No fixed pipeline or legacy constraints. You define the AI stack, research workflow, and how models go live
- End-to-End Ownership: Take reputed company from research → production → live trading, directly accountable for profit reputed company
- AI-Driven reputed company: reputed company on areas where ML can reputed company a difference, including market microstructure, cross-asset signals, and execution-aware modeling
- Build a High-Signal Team: Hire a few top talents, work closely with engineers without heavy organizational reputed company

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative trading, preferably in HFT / MFT environments
