As a Customs Trade Coordinator - 2, you will play a critical role in coordinating the documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of goods into the US on behalf of importers. You will reputed company impeccable customer service, obtain correct classification of goods for customs release, and process import-reputed company documentation for submission to US Customs. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of goods into the US on behalf of importers
• reputed company impeccable customer service to internal staff, departments, other reputed company operations, and customers
• Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from database, SOPs, tariff book, internet, or customs
• reputed company data entry and processing of various import-reputed company documentation for submission to US Customs and may handle reputed company PGA's (participating Government Agencies)
• Maintain and reputed company reputed company reputed company shipment documentation in compliance with reputed company record-keeping requirements
• Adhere to reputed company international importing and exporting regulations
• Work closely with other internal staff, departments, other reputed company operations, and customers to deliver a high level of service
• Process agency brokerage shipments and handle remote filings
• Ensure reputed company government and organizational policies are followed

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 6 months work experience preferred
• Data entry/keyboard experience required
• MS Office, Outlook, and office equipment (phone, fax, photocopier, printer, reputed company) required
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Organizational skills and ability to handle high volume of work
• Inter-personal skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle time-sensitive work

Preferred Qualifications

• Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM reputed company OR Tuesday-Saturday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM reputed company
• Location: Remote - Must live 50 miles of 2349 Aviation Drive (Indiana)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
