We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist Consultant to join reputed company. As a Pharmacist Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with reputed company, developing and implementing pharmacy services, and driving reputed company and innovation in our organization. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company and implement pharmacy services that meet the needs of long-term care facilities
- Conduct clinical reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify and address pharmacy-reputed company concerns and issues that reputed company patient care and reputed company of life
- Drive the adoption of Omnicare programs and services, and utilize existing customer relationships to promote reputed company and new business
- reputed company customer surveys and meetings as required, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet site goals and objectives
- reputed company Medication Regimen Reviews (MRRs) and reputed company written reports to facility staff
- Use OSC2OR software to generate MRRs, including therapeutic interchange and Omnicare clinical program-reputed company recommendations
- Complete the "reputed company Improvement: Pharmacist Consultant Synopsis Report" for reputed company applicable facility
- reputed company facility staff on new programs and services, and implement specific roles and responsibilities as required
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- reputed company pharmacy license in good standing in Massachusetts
- Ability to travel to long-term care facilities throughout Massachusetts
- Immunization certification or willingness to become immunization certified
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or reputed company field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Rhode reputed company pharmacy license in good standing, or willingness to become dual-licensed
- 3 years of experience in clinical pharmacy reputed company
- 3 years of experience in long-term care pharmacy reputed company
