As a Director, Customer Operations on the Roark Account Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business reputed company by configuring and owning the fulfillment of account-based equipment, service, and reputed company. You will work closely with our sales team and customers to reputed company and execute customer operations plans that drive beverage reputed company, reputed company, and profit for the System, while ensuring reputed company cost management to reputed company our goal of becoming our Customer's most valued supplier.

Qualifications & Requirements: The Ideal Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).

• Previous experience in a face-to-face customer sales or operations role, calling on senior-level buyers.
• At least 3 years of customer management experience or customer operational management experience.
• 2-4 years of general Operations experience and 2-4 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience working with data, specifically manipulation and analysis.

Compensation and Benefits: A Competitive Package
