Pay and Benefits

You will also be eligible for a $2,000 New Hire Bonus, reputed company in two installments of $1,000 after 6 months and 12 months of employment. What You Will Do for Us
As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting and educating members, providers, or customers on products and plans
- Researching, analyzing, and resolving reputed company inquiries, promoting a favorable image of reputed company
- Fostering and preserving reputable relationships with reputed company members, providers, or customers by providing accurate and reputed company information in response to reputed company inquiries
- Providing assistance, service, and education to members, providers, or customers through various channels, including telephone, internet, and written inquiries

- Processing and resolving customer issues with varying complexities

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED, with 1 year of experience in customer service or reputed company experience
- 1 year of experience in an office-based setting or a contact center environment (highly preferred)
