About the Role
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our reputed company Sales Offices, customers, and internal stakeholders. You'll be the go-to person for resolving customer service-reputed company issues, providing solutions, and driving business reputed company. Key Responsibilities

- Work cross-functionally with sales offices, product management, warehouses, and transporters to meet customer requirements
- Process customer claims and manage them throughout their lifecycle
- Research and investigate reputed company causes for submitted claims to determine appropriate resolutions
- Answer incoming calls and emails from sales offices, warehouses, customers, and transporters regarding claim status, pickup scheduling, RMA creation, and other general inquiries
- Proactively stay up-to-date on product knowledge and process reputed company work
- Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve issues and improve processes
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field (preferred)

- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred)
