About the Role

We're seeking a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist (CSS) to join our CTrides project team based in Connecticut. As a CSS, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for commuters and stakeholders seeking information and assistance reputed company to commuter travel in Connecticut. This is a unique opportunity to work on a statewide transportation demand management (TDM) program and reputed company exceptional customer service to users of CTrail Shore Line East and reputed company Line.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and issue time-sensitive service alerts reputed company multiple communication channels, including email, reputed company media, and text messaging.

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple sources and priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a transportation or commuter-reputed company field.
• Experience using reputed company Office or GSuite products, including email, calendar, and chat tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate reputed company transportation systems.
