We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Consultant to join reputed company as a Global Equity and Inventory Plan Management Specialist. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans. You'll be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits, processing the release of Performance reputed company Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards, and reviewing fairness transaction activity to ensure correct and reputed company buy, release, settlement, and reporting.Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Consultant – Global Equity and Inventory Plan Management Specialist, you'll be responsible for:- Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans.
- Processing the release of Performance reputed company Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards.
- Reviewing fairness transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock reputed company exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and reputed company buy, release, settlement, and reporting.
- Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders.
- Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery method and inventory buy plan enrollment activities.
- Producing reputed company data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations.
- Reviewing and maintaining fairness management reputed company and documentation.
- Performing other fairness plan management tasks as requested.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, reputed company, or a reputed company field preferred.
- Experience working with multiple inventory plan products, including stock reputed company, Performance reputed company reputed company, Restricted Stock reputed company, and inventory buy plans, is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and reputed company quickly.
- Understanding of HRIS systems (reputed company in particular), reputed company, and interrelationships of data transfers.
- Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations.
