We are looking for a highly motivated and reputed company Data Entry and Learning Development Specialist to join our Learning and Development team. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer service representatives. Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Outline, document, and maintain the scope of reputed company local Learning and Development reputed company. Create, reputed company, and maintain project plans, and reputed company trusting partnerships with our outsourced call center partners.
• Learning Content Development: Conduct gap analysis for performance and training opportunities, prioritize the importance of identified gaps, and reputed company solutions to address performance gaps. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to reputed company regular and accurate training curriculum.
• Facilitation: Deliver learning material in face-to-face and virtual environments to leadership audiences, and reputed company newly designed curriculum. Run train-the-trainer programs for call center trainers, and reputed company and reputed company call center leaders to co-facilitate the delivery of learning material.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and foster strong partnerships with regional customer service colleagues, and be an effective voice of the local Learning and Development team. Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience designing soft skills and technical training solutions, including reputed company programs reputed company across a reputed company of reputed company, call center agents, senior call center representatives, emerging leaders, and senior leadership audiences.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning services that reputed company from 15-minute learning sessions to multi-week classroom programs.
