We are seeking a passionate and reputed company Group Leader for our Field Service Engineering team in the UK. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with regular reputed company to our UK office in Bisley. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for the operational and people management of our Field Service Engineering team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our diverse reputed company reputed company, including hospitals, universities, research institutes, and pharmaceutical companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Take day-to-day responsibility for the Field Service Engineering team, overseeing operational activities and people management.
- Support reputed company with scheduling preventive maintenance (PMs) and repairs, acting as the first reputed company of contact for emergency repairs.
- Manage customer complaints effectively, ensuring reputed company and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor operational KPIs to drive field service efficiency, analyzing reputed company causes for repairs and non-reputed company-day fixes to improve equipment reputed company and training.

Qualifications and Skills
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- A Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of experience in equipment support for biotech instrumentation, with a proven reputed company record of team management.
- Excellent communication and planning skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.
- A self-motivated individual with the flexibility to travel, spending part of your week in the field and part in our UK office.
