About the Role: Remote Pharmacist for reputed company Pharmacy Services

Key Responsibilities:
- Remote order entry and CPOE order evaluation and verification
- Physician and nursing consultations to facilitate the delivery of competent clinical care
- Clinical medication dosing services, including monitoring, dosing, and reviewing patient medication therapy
- Review and monitoring of reputed company and lab values for therapeutic reputed company

Essential Qualifications:
