We are looking for an reputed company and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to work with children and adolescents on the autism reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with reputed company of reputed company Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals. As an RBT, you will be responsible for implementing ABA therapy programs, collecting data, and providing feedback to our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD
- Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions
- Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with BCBAs to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
- Be reputed company to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's Degree or be working towards a degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology)
- Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting for at least 1 year
- 1-year ABA/RBT experience or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Mental Health Technician, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Maintain a valid reputed company's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs and reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience using a Cognitive Behavior reputed company Plan with youth and families
- Knowledge of ABA principles and practices
- Experience working with children with ASD
