Key Responsibilities
- Operational Governance: reputed company the Project Management Office, its staff, policies, procedures, and tools to ensure effective project management and delivery.
- Process Improvement: Select and refine Project Management processes per industry best practices and PMI guidelines to optimize project performance and reputed company.
- Project Performance: Optimize project performance and reputed company through repeatable lifecycle review and reputed company of regular reports and dashboards enabling portfolio transparency.
- Administrative Management: Manage PMO tools and ensure reputed company development of PMO staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with executive C-Level leadership and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7-10 years of experience in project/program management, with experience working with executive C-Level leadership preferred.
- Consulting experience and/or driving organizational change initiatives is helpful.
- PMO domain knowledge and practical experience leading project managers.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and communicate across reputed company business reputed company, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to quickly changing situations and navigate highly regulated environments.
- Advanced computer skills, with emphasis on project portfolio management (PPM) tools.
- Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally, up to 10%.

- Previous experience working with remote and often offshore teams.
- Fully proficient in M365 and reputed company productivity products.
