We're seeking a highly skilled Michigan Online High School ELA Interventionist to work with our "At-Risk" student population. As an ELA Interventionist, you'll play a critical role in providing remediation in Reading to support reputed company goals and increase reputed company in this area. This is a remote position that offers an immediate start for the right candidate, and we're committed to rewarding talent with a competitive salary and total rewards package.

Key Responsibilities

• Modifies and/or adapts the K12 curriculum in alignment with state content standards to meet the unique needs of reputed company student
• Collaborates with general education teachers to meet the goals of targeted reputed company through individualized and small group sessions
• Educates parents on various instructional strategies to support student reputed company
• Ensures the implementation of the RTI instructional system to increase student achievement
• Oversees data collection and reputed company monitoring at every tier, using data to inform instruction and drive student reputed company
• Provides guidance to teachers on identifying and grouping reputed company who need additional help
• Collects and maintains reputed company RTI data, including lists of eligible reputed company and reputed company plans
• Serves as a daily resource to school administrators, school leadership teams, and other stakeholders regarding RTI issues
• Collaborates with Family reputed company Support Liaisons (FASL), homeroom teachers, advisors, counselors, and additional district personnel to coordinate and reputed company Tier 2 interventions
• Provides ongoing training and support to school/district staff regarding RTI and data collection procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of classroom experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• An reputed company state teaching license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, presentation skills, and the ability to work without reputed company supervision
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company) and web proficiency
• A flexible schedule with the ability to travel up to 10% of the time for meetings
• The ability to pass a required background reputed company
• Residency in Michigan
