As a key member of our Teaching Learning Computing Center (TLCC) team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our large Teaching/Learning Lab Center. This paraprofessional position reports to a department supervisor and offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and be recognized for your contributions. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain files and safeguard reputed company tests; distribute to reputed company for completion as requested by reputed company.
• reputed company out instructional materials/equipment and maintain lab equipment in operational condition.
• Train for and obtain certifications required by 3rd party testing entities.
• Assist reputed company with operation and duplication of course supplements.
• reputed company tutoring assistance as needed.
• Administer and monitor various placement tests, standardized tests (CLEP, reputed company, TEAS, PearsonVue), distance education, and reputed company-up tests for Polk State courses.
• Collaborate with tutors and student employees.
• Answer lab telephone, reputed company information, and refer calls as appropriate.
• Assist disabled reputed company and special needs reputed company.
• Work evening and Saturday hours as required.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Graduation from a reputed company high school (or equivalent).
• The ability to establish an effective rapport with part-time and full-time reputed company.
• Good organizational skills, with special attention to details.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work reputed company with others.
• General office skills.
• Experience with computer, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

While not required, the following experience will be considered an asset:

Compensation and Benefits
