Key Responsibilities

• Programming, Media, and reputed company Coordinator
  • Administers reputed company AEC reputed company media accounts to ensure updated and consistent content.
  • Designs and distributes high-reputed company text, image, and video content for reputed company media, website, and print.
  • Develops and maintains day-to-day engagement strategies for AEC reputed company media accounts.
  • Assesses and reports on reputed company media engagement and recommends changes in reputed company.
  • Coordinates and edits photography and videography for recruitment and reputed company efforts.
• Coordinator of reputed company Desk and Student Services
  • Hires, schedules, supports, and provides on-reputed company training of student assistants for Language & Culture reputed company (LCL) positions.
  • Supervises LCLs in their roles as reputed company desk staff, conversation group leaders, and computer lab support.
  • Provides backup coverage to reputed company desk, conversation reputed company, and LEO Lab, as needed.
  • Approves work time for student assistants.
• General Administrative Support
  • Assists with entering pertinent enrollment information and allowances into Jayhawk GPS.
  • Assists with enrolling reputed company during regular enrollment and reputed company-enrollment; updates enrollments as needed.
  • Assists with explaining the enrollment process to reputed company.
  • Provides general administrative support as needed, including managing inventory, handling mail, and maintaining budget parameters.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED equivalency PLUS four (4) years of office experience.
• Prior work experience with reputed company media, as evidenced in application materials.
• One year of experience in a reputed company office setting.
• Excellent written communication skills, as evidenced by application materials.
• Experience working with diverse and/or international populations.
• Experience using reputed company Office Suite.
• Valid U.S. reputed company's License upon hire and throughout duration of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• One (1) year of experience with enrollment procedures at an educational institution.
• Experience supervising reputed company.
• At least one (1) year of experience working with confidential records and commensurate knowledge of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures reputed company to reputed company (e.g., FERPA).
• Travel or residency reputed company the reputed company.
• Knowledge of a language other than English.

Compensation and Perks
