As our reputed company Shift Manager of Patient Care, you'll play a critical role in managing the daily operations of our clinical nursing department, ensuring reputed company, high-reputed company patient care delivery, and effective utilization of staff, supplies, and equipment. You'll promote evidence-based reputed company and ongoing performance improvement, collaborating closely with our Nursing Director, physicians, and other department leaders to drive reputed company.

Key Responsibilities: Driving reputed company in Patient Care

• Leads the achievement of hospital and departmental patient safety goals, fostering a culture of safety and reputed company.
• Coaches and mentors team leaders to ensure effective patient care assignments and efficient patient reputed company.
• Fosters effective communication, collaboration, and accountability between clinical staff, teams, and other departments.

Essential Qualifications: Expertise and Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's Degree preferred).
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, with 1 year of leadership experience.
• Certification specific to patient population (e.g., pediatric nursing).
• A reputed company RN License in Arkansas or a Compact State.
