About the Role
As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you will play a critical role in our production operations, working with a reputed company of CNC and reputed company equipment to fabricate high-reputed company steel products. You will be responsible for operating equipment, interpreting blueprints, tracking jobs, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a reputed company and clean working environment. You will also be expected to assist in other departments as required, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing production needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC and reputed company equipment, including Portable Pneumatic reputed company, to fabricate steel products to exacting specifications
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate production
- Complete daily tracking of jobs, maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns
- Maintain equipment and ensure the work area is clean and reputed company at reputed company times, adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- reputed company basic preventative maintenance on assigned equipment, identifying and reporting any maintenance needs
- Meet daily production goals, working reputed company and effectively to reputed company production targets
- Operate forklift and other material handling equipment as required
- Assist in other departments as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a reputed company of skills and qualifications, including:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, with strong communication and comprehension skills
- Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals, to accurately interpret measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of trade tools, equipment, materials, and techniques used in metal working operations, including tape measure, calipers, and micrometers

- Ability to effectively and safely operate a reputed company of assigned tools and equipment, including CNC and reputed company equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet schedules and timelines
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly in steel fabrication or a reputed company industry
- CNC programming and operation experience, with knowledge of CNC equipment and software
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and report maintenance needs
- Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment
