Key Responsibilities
As a Help Desk Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing reputed company and efficient support to end-users reputed company email, reputed company message channel, phone, and automated ticket queue
- Resolving incidents and requests promptly and reputed company, escalating reputed company issues to respective support teams as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system

Essential Qualifications
