About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company MSW Behavioral Health Case Manager to join reputed company in New Hyde Park, NY. As a Behavioral Health Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing case management and utilization review of behavioral health and reputed company abuse services. This will involve conducting patient assessments in home settings, determining appropriate reputed company of behavioral care, and managing cases throughout the entire treatment plan. Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
