We are seeking an reputed company ABA Behavior Therapist / Behavior Technician to work with children and families in the Charlotte area. As a Behavior Therapist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one reputed company Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with ASD, implementing behavior support and treatment plans, and collecting data on behavior and reputed company acquisition. Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support and treatment plans developed by our BCBAs

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A Bachelor's Degree or be working towards a degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology)
• Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting for at least 1 year
• 1-year experience in ABA or a reputed company field (or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor)
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
