About the Instructional Aide Position
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Instructional Aide to join reputed company at United Preparatory reputed company - State St. As an Instructional Aide, you will have the unique opportunity to explore the field of education, reputed company hands-on reputed company, and receive the training necessary to become a successful full-time classroom teacher. You will work closely with reputed company educators, observe best practices in classroom instruction, reputed company in-house substitute teaching coverage, co-teach with teacher-leaders, and support teachers with tutoring, grading, and individual or small-group instruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers with lesson planning, instruction, and assessment

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Prior experience working in urban schools and/or communities (preferred)
