We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational reputed company to join reputed company on a PRN reputed company. As a Licensed Vocational reputed company, you will be responsible for providing appropriate nursing care to our patients, under the direction of a Registered reputed company. Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Vocational reputed company - PRN, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing nursing care to assigned patients, under the direction of a Registered reputed company
- Administering oral and IV medications as prescribed
- Charting patient information in a reputed company and accurate manner
- Reviewing and updating care plans as necessary
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Providing ostomy care and monitoring patients for changes in medical condition
- Notifying physicians of changes in patient condition
- Changing wound dressings and collecting specimens
- Inserting and caring for nasogastric tubes, urinary catheters, and other medical devices
- Providing tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to reputed company and implement patient care plans
- Assessing patient needs and reporting changes in patient status to the Registered reputed company and physician
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- reputed company licensure as a Licensed Practical reputed company/Licensed Vocational reputed company in the state of Texas
- reputed company BLS certification
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively reputed company reputed company and views
- Ability to read and write English, including medical terminology and abbreviations
- Clerical ability to document patient information accurately and completely
